Refund policy
SpeechGears will issue returns and refunds only when the following criteria are met:
1) The product ordered must be unopened and unused; customers are urged to contact us within 30 days of purchase.
2) Your order hasn't been delivered within ten days from the date of purchase*
3) Your order was damaged in transit; we understand the inconvenience this may cause and urge customers to immediately reach out to us in this case. After verifying the details, we will dispatch a replacement promptly to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.
4) You received the wrong/defective products; we understand this can be frustrating and request customers to immediately contact us in this case. We'll send in the replacement as soon as we've verified the order details, prioritizing your satisfaction.
If any of the above conditions aren't applicable to an order, customers must pay for postage if they wish to return the product. We will also deduct shipping charges incurred to send you the product (only in case of orders costing below ₹499) from the refunded amount.
