SPEECHGEARS SHIPPING POLICY
We try and ship the order the next working day in normal condition. In contingency situations like LockDown, Curfew, Strike, Riots, God Act situation shipping might be delayed.
Our shipping policy adheres to the shipping policy of SHIPWAY Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Following are the expected delivery schedule
(a) Zone A: NCT, Delhi, New Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram, Greater Noida, Dadri, Gautam Buddha District: 2 working days
(b) Zone B: U.P., Haryana : 3 Working days
(c) Zone C: Rest of India except NE states: 5 working days
(d) Zone D: North East States: 7 working days
(e) Zone E: Outside India: 15 working days
SpeechGears ensures that products are packed well. We also go through quality checks once again before sending the parcel.
Parcels are sanitized before sending to the customers.
Following terms and conditions are set pertaining to shipping.
- If the customer cancels the order before dispatch, a full refund is issued.
- If the customer cancels the order after dispatch, the shipping cost is not refunded. A customer has to return the order to SpeechGears warehouse at his/her own cost. Once a return is approved by the store manager refund is issued.
- Products are meant for individuals. We do not accept used items.
- Our parcels have PPS (Product Protection Sticker). If PPS is intact money is refunded as per clause 2.
- If PPS tampers but products are not opened, we check the products, if found in original condition, money is refunded as per clause 2.
- If products are opened, but not used we accept the exchange but do not accept the return. The shipping cost to return the product and the cost to ship exchange are borne by the customer.
